10月2日讯《每日邮报》报道，曼联名宿、球队前队长、67岁的布莱恩-罗布森将第二次尝试攀登乞力马扎罗山。

罗布森被曼联球迷称为“惊奇队长”，他在2013年的时候就曾与前曼联队友凯文-莫兰一起登上乞力马扎罗山，当时他还比较年轻（当然，相对现在而言）。

如今67岁高龄的他，将在10月6日-17日作为30名徒步旅行者之一再次尝试攻下这座海拔5895米的非洲最高山峰，为曼联基金会筹集善款，目前，他的筹款页面已经筹集了超过8000英镑的善款。

谈及2013年登上乞力马扎罗山的经历，罗布森表示：“我无法形容当时上山有多难，在某些阶段绝对是痛苦的。这是我一生中做过的最艰难的事情。难怪有几个人没能成功。”

罗布森球员时代司职中场，曾于1981年至1994年效力于曼联，期间他为球队出场416次，贡献92球5助，赢得9座冠军。
